Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with liver cirrhosis; 2.Age >= 45 years old; 3.Able to cooperate in completing relevant indicator testing; 4.Voluntarily sign the relevant research informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with other diseases that affect muscle or immune status (such as malignant tumors, renal failure, recent surgery); 2.Receiving drug treatment that affects metabolism or immunity (such as long-term glucocorticoid treatment); 3.Those with serious complications and unstable vital signs; 4.People with pacemakers and metal implants; 5.Those who are unable to cooperate due to mental illness or disability; 6.Those with incomplete case information.
