Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Case group patients:1. meets DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia; 2. is 13-18 years old, male or female, right-handed; 3. has never received any treatment. Normal control group: age 13-18 years; no mental illness in the family.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previously or currently meet the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for other mental illnesses, such as: bipolar disorder, depression, schizoaffective disorder, etc.; 2. Previously taken psychotropic drugs, including antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, etc.; 3. Significant intellectual developmental disorders (IQ <80); 4. Presence of serious physical illnesses, organic brain diseases, such as epilepsy, cardiovascular disease, hepatic and renal disease; 5. People with obvious suicidal tendency; 6. Pregnant or lactating women; 7. People with contraindications to magnetic resonance examination.
