Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Gynecological outpatients 2. Age> = 18 years old 3. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form 4. Diagnosis of VVC by microbial testing (all types of VVC can be enrolled) 5. Have a sexual history
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Antifungal therapy (oral and vaginal) within 7 days 2. Presence of contraindications to vaginal sampling 3. Other conditions judged by the clinician to be unsuitable for enrollment
