18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-80 years old; 2.Onset = 4. If NIHSS < 4, it must be disabling. 4.Receiving standard reperfusion therapy (intravenous alteplase or TNK thrombolytic and/or arterial thrombectomy); 5.Informed consent has been signed;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.HBO contraindications (uncontrolled pneumothorax, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, otitis media active phase); 2.Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency (NYHA III-IV, PaO2<60 mmHg); 3.Pregnancy or lactation.
