Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with clavicle fracture by X-ray, B-ultrasound and other imaging or who intend to undergo clavicle surgery for other reasons; 2.Age 18~65 years old, and BMI<=30Kg/m^2; 3.ASAI.~II., NYHA cardiac function grade I.~II.; 4.Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Serious heart and lung disease or liver and kidney insufficiency; 2. Patients with a history of severe infection at the puncture site; 3 Abnormal coagulation function; 4. People with a history of local anesthetic allergy or dexmedetomidine contraindication; 5. Mental disorders and language communication disorders; 6. concurrent fractures or injuries in other parts; 7. Users of long-acting opioids; 8.Refusal of cervical and brachial plexus block or refusal to sign informed consent.
