Exercise Intervention Group:Exercise Plan: 8 weeks in total, 6 days a week, twice a day (morning and afternoon), 96 aerobic exercise sessions, each session lasting 120 minutes, including three stages:

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sixty overweight/obese children aged 6 to 12 who voluntarily participated were recruited as the research subjects 1 The subjects must be in good health and free from severe chronic or acute diseases that affect physical activities. 2 Through medical history inquiry and physical examination, it is confirmed that there are no endocrine, cardiovascular or other diseases that affect physical activities. 3 In the past month, no drugs that affect sugar and lipid metabolism or weight-loss drugs have been taken. 4 Normal vision or corrected normal vision. 5 The dominant hand is the right hand. 6 In the past six months, no regular exercise training has been participated in. 7 The parents or legal guardians of the subjects need to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Children with contraindications to exercise, such as those with heart disease or hypertension. 2 Children with neurodevelopmental disorders or other conditions that might affect the test results. 3 Children who are taking medications that may interfere with psychological inhibition function or food decision-making.
