Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 18 and 75 years old, gender not limited. 2.Malignant tumor patients requiring treatment with apatinib mesylate. 3.Patients who have not used apatinib mesylate tablets within the past week. 4.Patients who voluntary signing of informed consent form and have good treatment compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have developed gastrointestinal diseases such as gastric ulcers, constipation, intestinal obstruction, and diarrhea in the past month and are currently using relevant medications for treatment. 2.Patients currently taking proton pump inhibitors and other antacids. 3.Patients with concurrent other chronic diseases that require long-term medication, and the researchers believe that patients who are not suitable to participate in this study.
