Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form; 2. Aged between 18 and 85; 3. The 8th edition of the TNM staging of esophageal cancer and gastric cancer jointly released by the American Cancer Federation (AJCC) and the International Union Against Cancer (UICC) in 2017 is standardized for patients diagnosed with early cancer of the upper gastrointestinal tract and patients diagnosed with submucosal masses by the "ACG Clinical Guidelines: Diagnosis and Management of Gastrointestinal Subepithelial Lesions (2023 Edition)". 4. According to the judgment of the treating doctor, endoscopic dissection or surgical treatment is required.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Upper gastrointestinal T2-T4 disease; 2. Submucosal mass> 2cm; 3. Multiple lesions, 75%-100% periphery; 4. Previous EUS, CT, or MRI showing lymph node involvement or distant metastases; 5. Have received radiotherapy or chemotherapy; 6. Severe organ insufficiency, pregnancy, lactation or planning to become pregnant and/or other uncontrollable diseases; 7. Judged by the investigator to be unsuitable for participating in this study.
