Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who underwent radical surgery for early-stage endometrial cancer at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Tongji Hospital Affiliated to Huazhong University of Science and Technology; 2.The postoperative pathological examination confirmed it as endometrial carcinoma (FIGO stage I and II).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Advanced cases (FIGO stage III-IV); 2.Previous history of other malignant tumors; 3.Received neoadjuvant therapy before the operation,(chemotherapy/radiotherapy/hormone therapy, etc.); 4.Combine with severe underlying diseases (resulting in death);
