Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Patients aged 18-65, ASA class I-II, scheduled for cervical spine surgery at Peking University Third Hospital, were selected as study subjects.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusing to sign the informed consent form 2. Patients with cervical instability, cervical tumor, goiter, etc 3. Patients who are expected to have difficulty breathing 4. Patients who cannot cooperate

The laryngoscopy exposes the distance from the root, middle and tip of the preglottis to the posterior pharyngeal wall, the distance from the uvula to the posterior pharyngeal wall, and the distance from the uvula to the tip of the epiglottis;The distance from the root, middle, and tip of the epiglottis to the posterior pharyngeal wall, the distance from the uvula to the posterior pharyngeal wall, and the distance from the uvula to the tip of the epiglottis when maximizing exposure of the glottis using laryngoscopy.;The maximum impact force, mean pressure, peak force, and distribution of multi-point pressure in pharyngeal tissue when laryngoscopy is used to maximize exposure of the glottis;
