Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Previous participation in the baseline screening and consent provided for subsequent contact 2.Individuals aged 65 years and above 3.Currently living in the community served and planning to remain in the area for the next 6 months . 4.Able to walk independently without assistance from others or the use of crutches 5.Able to communicate in one of the predominant official languages spoken in the Mandarin and Nantong dialect 6.Stable medical condition (non-acute phase)Exclusion Criteria 7.Signed the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Self-reported history of stroke, arthritis, Parkinson’s disease, severe pneumonia, or significant heart disease (depression, bipolar, disorder) 2.Severe visual impairment that affects communication 3.Participation in a similar physical activity program 4.Presence of terminal illness, hospitalization, or recent death 5.Contraindications to safely engage in trial activities as determined by local study physicians
