Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA) patients: aged =18 years old, non-traumatic cardiac arrest cases confirmed by the EMS system, and the event occurred within the administrative boundaries of Shaoguan City

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: traumatic/drowning/suicidal cardiac arrest, EMS witnessed incident, signed DNR medical orders, no valid follow-up contact information
