Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Singleton pregnant women who established prenatal care records at our hospital, have complete placental pathology examination results, and possess follow-up data for their offspring's development (up to 2 years of age). 2. Availability of complete demographic data of the pregnant women, as well as comprehensive maternal and fetal examination data during pregnancy. 3. Mid-pregnancy ultrasound findings indicating estimated fetal weight (EFW) or abdominal circumference (AC) below the 10th percentile for the corresponding gestational age.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Fetal structural developmental abnormalities; 2. Fetal chromosomal abnormalities and genetic syndromes; 3. Missing information on pregnancy outcomes or offspring developmental data.
