Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients with clinically diagnosed HF; 2. First visit, no previous medication;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. accompanied by other liver diseases (e.g. acute hepatitis, liver tumor, fatty liver, etc.); 2. There is a severe coagulation abnormality or bleeding tendency that prevents safe liver biopsy; 3. The skin at the blood drawing site is locally infected and routine blood tests cannot be performed; 4.Patients who refuse to sign informed consent;
