Control Group Protocol:The control group received standard perioperative care supplemented by a structured "Atrial Fibrillation Self-Management Guidebook" distributed during preoperative preparation.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. meet the diagnostic criteria for atrial fibrillation in "Atrial Fibrillation: Current Awareness and Treatment Recommendations - 2015"; 2. First radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation; 3. Age 18-70 years old, free of movement, conscious; 4. Good communication skills; 5. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form; 6. Patients or their family members can use computers or mobile phones to access the Internet.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with a history of heart valve or congenital heart disease in the past; 2. Patients with malignant tumors; 3. Suffering from mental illness, such as schizophrenia, depression. 4. Cognitive dysfunction.
