Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the diagnostic criteria for invasive fungal STDs in the 2019 EORTC/MSG Guidelines for Invasive Fungal Infections; 2.Treated with posaconazole for >=5 days; 3.Posaconazole blood concentration results data available 1-2 times;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe hepatic insufficiency (Child-Pugh class C) before Posaconazole dosing; 2.Baseline QTc interval >500ms; 3.Pregnant, gestating or breastfeeding patients.
