Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Hospitalized patients aged 18 years =6.5%(>=48 mmol/mol). Tests should be carried out in the laboratory using NGSP certified and DCCT standardized test methods . (3) or fasting blood glucose >=126 mg/dL (>=7.0 mmol/L). Fasting is defined as having no calorie intake for at least 8 hours. (4) or 2h blood glucose >=200 mg/dL (2>=11.1 mmol/L) during OGTT. A glucose load test was performed using the equivalent of 75 g of anhydrous glucose dissolved in water . For individuals with typical symptoms of hyperglycemia or hyperglycemic crisis, random blood glucose >=200 mg/dL(>=11.1 mmol/L). Random is any time of day, regardless of the time since the last meal. In the absence of definite hyperglycemia, diagnosis requires two abnormal test results at the same time (e.g., HBA1c and fasting glucose) or at two different time points. 3. Evaluation and classification of diabetic lower limbs (high-risk foot, ulcer foot, diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) without peripheral artery disease (PAD), or PAD without DPN, Or both), according to the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence guidelines. All patients with DFD were evaluated by a professional endocrinologist. 4. The diagnostic criteria for sarcopenia as set out in the European Working Group on Sarcopenia (EWGSOP2) consensus are: skeletal muscle mass index (ASM/height2) of limbs < 7kg/m^2 for men and < 5.5kg/m^2 for women.5)Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Over 80 years old;Severe heart failure (New York Heart Association Heart Function Scale II to IV);Severe liver damage (liver enzyme ALT>= 3 times the upper limit of normal range);A history of thyroid or adrenal disease;History of malignant tumor. 2. DXA test contraindications: Pregnant women: Because DXA uses X-rays, testing during pregnancy is not recommended to avoid potential harm to the fetus. Patients who are allergic to X-rays: Although allergic reactions to X-rays are very rare, caution should be exercised if you have a history of allergies. Patients who have recently received radiation therapy: If the patient has recently received a high dose of radiation therapy, the DXA test should be postponed. Special metal implants: Large-scale metal implants (such as certain types of joint replacements, metal nails, or other large implant devices) may affect the accuracy of the results. Medical professionals should be informed about your personal health, drug use, and any factors that may affect test results. 3. Refuse to participate in the study.
