Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old, gender not limited; 2. Enteral nutrition therapy is required; 3. Individuals who are unable to eat orally, have swallowing dysfunction, and are at high risk of aspiration; 4. Voluntarily participate in this clinical trial and have signed a written informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with gastrointestinal perforation; 2. Acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding>500mL; 3. Patients with abnormal coagulation function and bleeding tendency; 4. Patients with skull base fractures and cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea; 5. Patients with esophageal injury, stenosis, and severe esophageal varices; 6. The researchers believe that participants are not suitable for this experiment.
