Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with Alzheimer's disease (AD) aged 60-85 years old. 2. Patients who meet the clinical diagnostic criteria for Alzheimer's disease (AD). 3. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for mild cognitive impairment (MCI). 4. Have not received any systematic treatment for Alzheimer's disease. 5. The patient voluntarily participates and signs a written informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with two or more neurodegenerative diseases. 2. Individuals with severe heart, liver, and kidney dysfunction. 3. Patients with serious mental illnesses and those who do not cooperate with examinations. 4. Has received systematic anti Alzheimer's disease treatment. 5. The patient has undergone major surgeries (such as craniotomy, thoracotomy, or laparotomy) or significant stress within the past 6 months; 6. Patients who may have poor compliance with the study procedures and requirements, as determined by the researchers; 7. Researchers determine that there are any conditions that pose a threat to patient safety or interfere with the evaluation of the study.
