Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years old; 2. The diagnostic criteria of coronary heart disease meet one of them and must be determined by the doctor according to the patient's specific conditions: (1) Typical clinical symptoms, electrocardiogram and myocardial markers are in line with the guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of acute coronary syndrome issued by the American Heart Association/American Heart Association (ACC/AHA) in 2014 [91]; (2) Selective coronary angiography showed that the stenosis of one or more major coronary arteries was >= 50%; (3) Typical angina pectoris symptoms or a clear and old history of myocardial infarction. 3. Informed and willing to participate in this researcher.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with serious organic diseases such as malignant tumor and advanced liver and kidney diseases (liver disease: Child-Pugh rating is Grade B or Grade C). Nephropathy: estimated glomerular filtration rate (EGFR) = 60dB) and comprehension disorder, and can't cooperate to complete the evaluation; 3. People with mental illness or cognitive impairment (MMSE score cognition <= 26).
