Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria for patients were: 1. Patients with pathological diagnosis of primary lung cancer, 2. Age>=60 years, 3. Patients with FRAIL scale score in the pre-frailty stage; 4. The patient is in stable condition and in good mental state; 5. Patients who are capable of behavior and willing to participate in the interview. Inclusion criteria for family members: 1. Age>=18 years old, 2. Bear the main responsibility for the patient's life care and medical decision-making, 3. Clear language expression and good communication skills; 4. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study. Criteria for selecting experts: 1. Intermediate or above titles, 2. Bachelor degree or above, 3. Engaged in thoracic, geriatric, nursing and other professional work; 4. Have high enthusiasm for this study, informed consent to voluntarily participate in this study; 5. The number of years of work in thoracic, geriatric and nursing specialties in tertiary hospitals is >=5 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Criteria for family exclusion: 1. Employed caregivers who receive remuneration for their services, 2. Dependents with a history of mental illness. The patient exclusion criteria were: 1. Patients with difficulty in talking, 2. Patients with other severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or malignant tumors.
