18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 18-65 years old; 2) Patients with PSG examination and AHI>=5 diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome; 3) After examination by the deputy senior professional title physician of the laryngeal professional group, the obstruction is relieved by surgical treatment to be admitted; 4) No previous history of upper airway surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with severe nasal septum deviation; 2) Patients with severe other systemic diseases who cannot tolerate general anesthesia and surgical treatment after multidisciplinary consultation; 3) Patients with mental system disorders. 4) Pregnant or lactating women. 5) Patients with predicted difficult airways or difficult tracheal intubation history, maxillofacial deformities, pathological obesity, history of neck/airway/throat surgery, limited cervical or mandibular movement, and airway malformations should not undergo observation of the laryngeal vestibule.
