Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Practicing nurses with more than 2 years of clinical nursing experience (mainly obstetrics and gynecology nurses); 2. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study 1. Intrauterine pregnancy; 2. meets diagnostic criteria for hyperemesis gravidarum; 3. women of childbearing age between 20 and 45 years old with singleton pregnancies; 4 .informed about the study and has signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Rotating employees who are absent from work for more than one month due to sick leave, maternity leave, etc; 2. Internship nursing students; 3. Trained nurses and rotating nurses. 1. Jaundice, coma, or pregnancy complicated by digestive system diseases, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and mental illnesses; 2. History of recurrent miscarriages, threatened abortions, and trophoblastic diseases; 3. Poor adherence to treatment, with participants withdrawing from the study midway.
