Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=40 years old; 2. Have a history of long-term smoking (smoking index >=20 package years) or long-term exposure to occupational dust and chemical substances; 3. Respiratory symptoms such as chronic cough, sputum production, shortness of breath; 4. Have not had a systematic COPD diagnostic examination within the past 1 year; 5. Be a permanent resident of the local area and be able to cooperate with the completion of the research process; 6. Sign the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with COPD and receiving standardized treatment; 2. Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney insufficiency, malignant tumors and other serious diseases, unable to tolerate follow-up diagnostic examinations; 3. Patients with mental illness or cognitive impairment who are unable to understand the content of the study and cooperate with the investigation; 4. Incorrect contact information or inability to get in touch; 5. Failure to sign informed consent.
