18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Be between the ages of 18 - 30; 2. Straight leg raise test (SLR) <=70° and no neurological symptoms; 3. No history of hamstring injury or lower limb surgery; 4. History of irregular stretching or targeted rehabilitation training (within the past 3 months).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Strenuous exercise in the past 24 hours; 2. Lower limb fractures; 3. Symptoms related to back or sciatic nerve injury; 4. Neurological symptoms in the SLR test; 5. Hematoma, varicose veins and skin infections, etc.
