Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who meet the criteria for clinical definite, probable diagnosis, and possible ALS in the revised El Escorial criteria; 2.Progressive spinal atrophy; 3.Primary lateral sclerosis; 4.Progressive medullary paralysis; 5.Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.A history of severe traumatic brain injury; 2.Patients who refuse to sign informed consent forms.
