Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Comply with peritoneal dialysis catheterization surgery, and there are no contraindications to PDC implantation; 2. Age>= 18 years; 3. ASA Class II. ~III; 4. Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have severe mental disorder or cognitive impairment; 2. Allergy to the study drug; 3. Contraindications to nerve block anesthesia (abnormal coagulation function, local anesthetic allergy, anatomical abnormalities in the spine or paravertebral region, infection or tumor at the injection site, etc.); 4. Long-term use of non-steroidal or opioid drugs.
