Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The pathological diagnosis after endoscopic submucosal dissection is consistent with early gastric adenocarcinoma; 2.The cases were of both sexes, over 18 years old and under 70 years old; 3.The biopsy sites of the cases include the cardiac, gastric body, or gastric antrum, and the patients have not received standardized treatment;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a history of gastric surgery; 2.The case diagnosis includes other concurrent diseases in addition to the early gastric adenocarcinoma mentioned above, such as erosive gastritis, peptic ulcer, and gastric polyps. 3.Cases with a history of peptic ulcer disease, or suspicion of malignancy, or confirmed malignancy, or a diagnosis of metastatic tumors. 4.Cases with severe deficiencies in clinical medical record data;
