Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>= 18 years old; 2. Diagnosis of myocardial infarction/myocardial infarction/STEMI/NSTEMI or acute coronary syndrome in the system medical record.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with implantable cardioverter-defibrillators at baseline; 2. patients who received implantable cardioverter-defibrillator within 40 days after infarction; 3. patients using cardiac resynchronization therapy devices (pacemakers or defibrillators) at baseline; 4. concomitant presence of non-ischemic cardiomyopathy (such as dilated, hypertrophic or restrictive cardiomyopathy); 5. presence of long QT syndrome or Brugada syndrome at baseline (as judged by clinical diagnostic character retrieval or electrocardiogram (if any) results); 6. Patients with congenital heart disease at baseline; 7. Patients with malignant tumors at baseline; 8. Patients with severe (20%) key indicators missing.
