Pulmonary atelectasis

Interventions

driving pressure targeted strategy group:Pressure-controlled ventilation was used during mask ventilaiton (driving pressure = 15 cm H2O, and PEEP = 0 cm H2O)
tidal volume + PEEP strategy group:Volume-controlled ventilation was used during mask ventilaiton (tidal volumes 8 ml kg-1, PEEP = 5 cm H2O).

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Between 18 and 80 years; 2. ASA I-II; 3. Scheduled for elective non-cardiothoracic cancer surgery; 4. General anesthesia with endotracheal intubation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute or chronic respiratory disorders, or a history of lung surgery; 2. A high risk of reflux and aspiration; 3. A requirement for awake intubation; 4. Facial or thoracic deformities; 5. The presence of implants, such as cardiac pacemakers.
