Conditions

Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury

Interventions

ACL Reconstruction Alone Group:The ACL was reconstructed using a braided 4-strand HT (single bundle of 5 or 6 strands with a diameter of >7.5 mm if necessary) as a graft. The femoral tunnel was drilled
ACL Reconstruction and Improvement of Lemaire Groups:The lateral collateral ligament of the lateral epicondyle of the femur was palpated on the body surface at the stop of the lateral ligament of the

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-55 years old; 2. Patients who need anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery due to anterior cruciate ligament injury. According to the criteria proposed by the 2018 ALS consensus group on the enhancement or reconstruction of combined ACL and ALS, and the criteria for enhancement or reconstruction of ALS with Chinese characteristics proposed by the Chinese expert group, the diagnostic criteria were used. The main criteria: axis shift test III. degree, primary ACLR axis shift test III. degree, generalized polyarticular laxity (Beighton score>=4 points) or knee reflexion > 10° and tibial plateau posterior inclination angle 10°~15°. Secondary criteria: contralateral ACL injury, Lachman test difference between knees >7 mm, irreparable lateral posterior meniscus root injury, lateral femoral notch on imaging, Segond fracture, sports involving knee rotation (eg, basketball, soccer, skiing, etc.), age = 2 minor criteria met above

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Multiple ligament injuries of the knee joint (except for lateral collateral ligament I and II degree injuries); 2. Abnormal alignment of lower limbs; 3. Severe cartilage damage (Outerbridge grade 3 or 4); 4. Patients with a history of ipsilateral knee surgery; 5. The epiphyseal line is not closed; 6. Incomplete clinical and surgical data.
