Age
18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-65 years old, gender is not limited, body mass index 18~25 kg/m^2, ASA grade I~III., cardiac function grade I~II; 2. Patients undergoing elective major non-cardiac surgery; 3. There was no abnormality in heart and lung function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hb<90g/L; 2. Cardiac insufficiency (EF<50%) or severe pulmonary insufficiency in preoperative examination; 3. Arrhythmia, congenital cardiovascular malformation, peripheral vascular disease, etc.; 4. Patients with long-term oral vasoactive drugs.
