Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) First coronary angiography; (2) With complete clinical information; (3) No hereditary family history.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) With severe hepatic insufficiency or chronic kidney disease (CKD) stage 4~5 [glomerular filtration rate (GFR) <30 mL/min, where significant abnormalities in hepatic function are defined as AST, ALT 3 times or more of the upper limit of the normal value, and total bilirubin level greater than or equal to 2 times of the upper limit of the normal value; (2) Accompanied by critical illnesses such as American New York Heart Association (NYHA) heart failure degree NYHA classification III~IV, cardiogenic shock or respiratory failure; (3) Concomitant hyperthyroidism, active serious infections, malignant tumors, immune system disorders, or hematologic disorders; (4) Cognitive or psychiatric disorders; (5) Hypersensitivity to iodine contrast agent used for coronary angiography.
