Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. From January 2020 to July 2024, elective thoracic surgery was performed at Fudan Zhongshan Xiamen Hospital. 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification: I-III. 3. Postoperative patient-controlled analgesia was adopted. 4. Age range: 18-80 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of chronic pain and mental disorders; 2. Preoperative use of analgesics; 3. Patients with severe dysfunction of heart, liver, kidney and other vital organs; 4. Those with incomplete data; 5. Patients who have stopped the pump.
