Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 3 years old< = age< 18 years old; 2. Hospitalized children with digestive symptoms such as changes in bowel habits, abdominal distention, abdominal pain, and anorexia; 3. The guardian and the child agree to participate in the study; 4. Improve abdominal ultrasound, gastroscopy and colonoscopy;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Antibiotic treatment in the past 4 weeks; 2. Those who have used probiotics and/or acid-suppressing preparations (such as proton pump inhibitors) or laxatives in the past 1 week; 3. Those with underlying diseases such as hereditary metabolic diseases; 4. Those who fail to prepare their diet according to the requirements of the examination or cannot cooperate with the completion of the breath test.
