18 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 - 64 years old, BMI 18 - 30 kg/m^2, insomnia symptoms last for >=3 months; meet the diagnostic criteria for insomnia; Group A is insomnia after positive nucleic acid test for COVID-19, and Group B is primary insomnia and excludes insomnia caused by other primary diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Merged neurological diseases such as stroke and chronic pain, coagulation disorders, and somatic symptom disorders (score of Chinese version of Somatic Symptom Self-Rating Scale > 36 points).
