Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Previous diagnosis of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) with poor response to proton pump inhibitor (PPI) treatment, recurrent symptoms, and willingness to undergo esophageal manometry and gastroscopy to rule out other diseases; 2. Age 18-75 years, with normal general cardiac and pulmonary conditions and the ability to complete high-resolution esophageal manometry and 24-hour pH impedance testing. 3. Be able to cooperate with treatment and sign informed consent forms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Achalasia; 2. Poor cardiac, pulmonary, or cerebral function, presence of active peptic ulcers, hypertension, coronary heart disease, or other conditions that would prevent cooperation with treatment; 3. Presence of psychiatric or neurological disorders, or patients with excessive anxiety or depression; 4. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 5. Individuals deemed ineligible by the investigators for safety reasons.
