45 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged >= 45 years with symptoms related to prostate disease or abnormal findings on physical examination. 2. Preoperative measurement of serum PSA levels, and/or suspicion of prostate cancer on digital rectal examination, and/or a family history of prostate cancer. 3. Underwent transrectal ultrasound (TR-US) examination before surgery with complete imaging data available. 4. Underwent transrectal ultrasound-guided prostate biopsy or radical prostatectomy with definitive pathological diagnosis results.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged <45 years. 2. Presence of contraindications to transrectal endoscopic ultrasound, prostate biopsy, or radical surgery. 3. Incomplete imaging data or missing follow-up information. 4. Previous history of prostate cancer or related surgery. 5. Incomplete clinical PSA levels, TR-US imaging features, or pathological diagnosis data.
