Interventions

Intervention group:The cold water bath adopted a standard cold water pool. The subjects sat in the pool, and the water depth was required to cover the middle section of the sternum for 10 minutes
After the cold water bath, perform dynamic stretching for 5 minutes
Control group:The cold water bath adopted a standard cold water pool. The subjects sat in the pool, and the water depth was required to cover the middle section of the sternum for 15 minutes

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Male players aged between 18 and 25 who are currently enrolled in the men's basketball team. 2 The subjects need to have at least two years or more of systematic basketball training experience. 3 After examination, it was confirmed that the person is in good health and has no other diseases. 4 Before the study, obtain the consent of the participants, inform them of the intervention methods as well as the purpose and significance of the study, and sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Allergic to cold therapy or having adverse reactions; 2 Within the past month, there have been behaviors such as catching a cold, having a fever, or taking anti-inflammatory drugs that affect the body's immunity and fatigue recovery. 3 Have bad habits such as smoking and excessive drinking
