Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: (1) aged 18 years or older; (2) having a child diagnosed with ASD by a physician or specialist; (3) having Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS-21) scores indicating at least mild levels of depression, anxiety, and stress (depression subscale >= 10, anxiety subscale >= 8, and stress subscale >= 15).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria include: (1) organic mental disorders, schizophrenia, or affective disorders; (2) visual or hearing impairments; (3) drug or alcohol dependence; (4) any prior experience with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) or mindfulness-based interventions; (5) high-risk individuals or factors that may interfere with assessment and intervention.
