Endotracheal Intubation in ICU

Interventions

Control group:On the basis of conventional treatment for the primary disease, mechanical ventilation is added with sham needle within 48 hours
Experimental group:On the basis of conventional treatment for the primary disease, electroacupuncture intervention was added within 48 hours of mechanical ventilation

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Be at least 18 years old; 2. Admission to ICU; 3. Mechanical ventilation time>=48h; 4. Cough intensity<=2 grade; 5. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are not scheduled to be extubated; 2. Patients who undergo re-endotracheal intubation due to surgery; 3. Patients whose family members request to give up treatment and remove endotracheal intubation at the end of life; 4. Patients who need to be intubated again 48 hours after extubation and their family members refuse; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Participating in other drug clinical trials.
