Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the anesthesia risk assessment standards formulated by the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA), ASA is grade I.-IV 2. Age>=45 years old middle-aged and elderly patients who intend to undergo surgery under general anesthesia 3. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study 4. No cognitive or verbal communication disorders, and can successfully cooperate with the completion of this research project

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from diseases that may cause electrolyte disorders, such as acute diarrhea, diabetes insipidus, etc 2. Suffering from metabolic related diseases, such as diabetes, hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, etc 3. Cardiac insufficiency, renal insufficiency or failure, liver cirrhosis and ascites, etc 4. Pregnant and lactating women 5. Patients with pacemakers or other electronic medical equipment implanted 6. He has undergone amputation surgery
