Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Crohn's disease was definitively diagnosed according to the diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Crohn's Disease (2023-Guangzhou); 2.Patients have ultrasound endoscopy (EUS), transabdominal intestinal ultrasound (IUS) results and data records, serum specimens, and complete clinical information; 3.Patients may sign an informed consent form; 4.Peripheral blood specimens were collected from healthy individuals as a healthy control group;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have undergone previous bowel resection; 2.Combination of intestinal tumors, intestinal tuberculosis and intestinal infections; 3.Combination of other autoimmune diseases;
