Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Voluntarily sign the informed consent form 2. Adult patients aged 18 to 75 3. Patients who have been diagnosed with psoriasis in accordance with the "Chinese Psoriasis Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines 2018" and are required to receive secukinumab treatment as judged by their treating doctors.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previously, biological agents have been used for psoriasis treatment; There was an active infection within 2 weeks before treatment, or a history of persistent, chronic or recurrent infection; A history of malignant diseases within the past five years (excluding basal cell carcinoma or photogenic keratosis, cervical cancer in situ or non-invasive malignant colonic polyps) and pregnancy. 2. The patient has erythrodermic psoriasis, generalized or localized pustular psoriasis, drug-induced or drug-induced severe psoriasis, or newly developed guttate psoriasis (or any other active skin disease). 3. The researcher determines that it is not suitable to participate in this study.
