Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) All the participants were older than 10 years old; (2) At least a certain level of physical activity; (3) All of them are in-school personnel; (4) The subjects volunteered to join the study, signed the informed consent form, had good compliance, and cooperated with the follow-up intervention.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Low compliance; (2) Loss of follow-up and withdrawal; (3) Functional movement dysfunction and pain.
