Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.acute pancreatitis, meeting the diagnostic criteria for AP: abdominal pain, a threefold increase in serum amylase or lipase, and two of the three characteristic manifestations of abdominal imaging; 2.A modified Marshall score of >=2 persisting for more than 48 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Does not meet the criteria for SAP diagnosis; 2.patients with severe infections in other organs; 3.key clinical data is missing;
