Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Gender not limited, age >= 18 years old, BMI 18-29 kg/m^2; 2.ASA II-IV grade, NYHA heart function II-IV grade; 3.Patients who undergo elective third level or higher surgeries; 4.The patient currently has the ability to live independently; 5.The patient agrees to sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Existing history of neurological (acute or chronic), psychiatric or clinically significant neurovascular disease, cerebrovascular disease or neurosurgical surgery; 2.Patients who have recently or are currently receiving anti-inflammatory drug treatment and have a history of alcohol or drug abuse; 3.Patients with severe organ failure (such as heart, kidney, or liver) and severe liver or kidney dysfunction; 4.Patients with coagulation disease, poor control of diabetes or autoimmune disease; 5.Use a simple mental state examination for preoperative screening to exclude patients with mild cognitive impairment (defined as scores below 24); 6.Patients with limited vision, hearing, or motor function who cannot cooperate or refuse follow-up.
