Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with malignant lung cancer diagnosed by thoracic surgery and scheduled for lobectomy, segmentectomy, or wedge resection of the lung. 2. Aged 30-75 years old; 3. ASA Levels II-III; 4. Single lung ventilation time: 1-3 hours; 5. 18.5 < BMI < 23.9; 6. Sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who undergo total lung resection, emergency thoracotomy, mechanical ventilation without tube removal after surgery, recent use of antioxidants (such as vitamin E supplements), severe co-existing medical conditions or complications, etc. 2. The researchers believe that there are other factors that make some participants unsuitable for the trial.
