Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Inclusion criteria for preterm infants: gestational age =18 years; 3. no cognitive impairment, able to communicate by written or verbal means and informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for preterm babies: (1) Children with incurable congenital anomalies; (2) Children who have given up treatment for family or medical reasons. 2. Parental exclusion criteria: (1) deemed unsuitable for participation in this study in the judgement of the researcher. (2) Single parent families; (3) Prior history of mental illness, psychiatric illness, intellectual disability, or comorbidities with other major illnesses such as: cancer; (4) Major negative events in the family within six months (e.g., bereavement, traffic accidents, natural disasters, etc.);
