Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis conforms to the Parkinson's disease diagnostic criteria of the International Movement Disorder Society (MDS) (2015); 2. Good cooperation and compliance; 3. Age range between 40-80 years old; 4. Right-handed (different handedness affects the dominant hemisphere and lateralization of the brain); 5. Normal mental state, capable of cooperating to complete scales and transcranial magnetic stimulation examinations; 6. Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score >24 points; 7. Informed consent to all content of this study, participation in this research is voluntary and autonomous.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe limb tremors or the presence of uncontrollable head tremors; 2. Metal objects or devices on the scalp or inside the body, such as cochlear implants, metal dentures, central venous catheters, pacemakers, etc.; 3. History of central nervous system conditions such as cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, leukoaraiosis, migraine, etc.; 4. Previously diagnosed with epilepsy or had epileptic seizures; 5. Have undergone neurosurgery, cerebral aneurysms, or arteriovenous malformations, etc.; 6. Comorbid with severe somatic diseases, such as liver and kidney function failure, heart failure, etc.; 7. Comorbid with vision, hearing, or speech impairments; 8. Comorbid with a history of mental illness or a family history of mental illness, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, autism, mental retardation, severe depression, etc.; 9. History of drug abuse or drug use.
